Maintenance Salesperson & Account Manager - Residential Full Service Company

We are a long-standing, residential full service landscaping and property care company seeking a motivated Maintenance Salesperson and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a large existing client base while also developing new business through targeted seasonal sales. This is a hands-on role that balances account oversight, client relationship management, and proactive sales activities across a range of property services.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery for an established roster of residential clients, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating with field crews to resolve issues promptly.
• Sell seasonal services such as spring/fall cleanups, regular mowing programs, estate maintenance packages, and lawn application programs (fertilization, weed control, etc.).
• Develop proposals and estimates for upgrades and enhancements, leveraging a working knowledge of plant material and landscape practices to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, service agreements, and sales activity in company systems.

Qualifications: Previous experience in residential landscaping sales, account management, or maintenance coordination is preferred. Plant identification and horticultural knowledge are helpful for upselling landscape improvements. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple accounts are essential.
