Job Description:  The IT Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all information technology operations in support of government contract requirements. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient IT systems aligned with federal standards such as NIST, CMMC, and DFARS. The IT Manager leads technical teams, manages infrastructure, and ensures protection of Controlled Unclassified Information.

Job Requirements/skill sets:

Proven experience in IT management/leadership demonstrating the ability to develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards.

Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC) and compliance

Working knowledge of Azure AD and Intune.

Experience with IT budgeting, project management, and strategic planning.

Familiarity with Fed RAMP, Zero Trust Architecture, and SIEM tools

Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…)

Excellent communication skills

Education/Certification Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Comp TIA Security+ certification required; others such as Comp TIA Network+, ITIL and CISM are desired.

Security Clearance:  Require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
