ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes across Tenneco's global operations. This strategic leader partners closely with senior finance leadership, Segment FP&A teams, and functional leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and insightdriven analysis that informs decisionmaking. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical depth, executiveready communication skills, and the ability to lead complex processes while influencing outcomes across a matrixed organization. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another technical field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong emphasis on analysis within a large, complex organization. Proven track record in a similar role within the automotive or industrial sectors is preferred Skills: Expertise in financial systems and tools such as OneStream and SAP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights Exceptional communication and presentation skills; capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams across multiple geographies Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities | |
