Aquatics Director

West Shore Community College (WSCC) seeks a highly organized leader who is safety focused and has a genuine passion for creating a lively, inclusive pool environment to fill the open Aquatics Director position.

As the Aquatics Director, you will provide leadership, oversight and daily management of all aquatic operations within the recreation facility.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree in a recreational related field with experience in aquatics, recreation or a related operational environment, and have supervisory experience.

As the best candidate for this position, you will have the ability to build positive staff culture, engaging community programs and possess strong organization skills.
