Account Executive - In-Market Sales Team (ADTECH & MARTECH Focus)
- Location: Remote, based in Asheville, NC (local client meetings required)
- Compensation : Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, Benefits, Expenses, Unlimited Vacation
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join our In-Market Sales Team. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Ad Tech and Mar Tech platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business, and delivering integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new business using a consultative, insight-driven sales approach
- Conduct in-person meetings and virtual presentations with local clients
- Develop tailored marketing strategies using data-driven insights and platform capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client services teams
- Stay current on industry trends in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, and digital media
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in digital media, SaaS, or marketing technology
- Proven track record of creating and selling custom multi-tactic digital advertising campaigns and closing business, including mobile platforms, SEO/SEM, Targeted Email, Social, and other offerings. (Google Ad Words, Analytics certifications are preferred but not required).
- A True Hunter mindset with a passion for solving client marketing challenges
- Proven success selling Ad Tech or Mar Tech solutions
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license & Vehicle insurance is required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
