LEAD MEDICAL FACILITY HOUSEKEEPERTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTPOLSON The successful applicant must have 1-year work experience related to medical housekeeping duties. Familiar with the storage, handling and disposal of medical waste, solid waste and linen. Must have or receive certification as a healthcare environmental professional with specialized training in environmental sanitation, reporting and documentation, infection control within 6 months of hire. Must possess a valid drivers license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.
