How You'll Make an Impact

  • Monitor progress and ensure quality and schedule compliance.

  • Develop work instructions, job aids, and standard work.

  • Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.

  • Design tools and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.

  • Troubleshoot issues in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

  • Maintain and analyze process recipes across digital platforms.

  • Compile data, prepare reports, and create presentation graphics.

  • Lead Kaizen and Process Excellence events using Lean methodology.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine issues.

  • Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
