How You'll Make an Impact
  • Design and refine inspection processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
  • Develop gauges and fixtures to prevent quality failures and support precision manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
  • Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives.
  • Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements.
  • Provide technical advice on specialized QA technologies.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to quality control.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and 8D Problem-Solving methodology.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.
