How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead the evaluation and installation of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities.
  • Design scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes.
  • Optimize layouts and workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
  • Provide technical support to engineering and production teams.
  • Manage contractors and vendors during equipment installation.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 8+ years of experience in process, reliability, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and validation.
  • Experience leading CAPEX projects and managing external partners.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
