How You'll Make an Impact
  • Standardize and rationalize transformer components and subparts across North America.
  • Support supply chain teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities and developing new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate standard components into factory workflows and design tools.
  • Develop and maintain specifications that meet environmental and performance standards.
  • Stay ahead of trends in materials and component technologies.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate performance and quality metrics.
  • Partner with labs to ensure accurate testing and qualification of components.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with transformer components and accessories.
  • Work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of component engineering and material standards (ASTM, ASME, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windchill, and SAP.
  • Experience in production, quality assurance, and supplier development.
